Tolling of the Bell Memorial Day 2003

The Cincinnati Base of USSV conducted their first annual Tolling Of The Bell" Ceremony, at Noon on 24 May 2003, at the World Peace Bell in Newport, KY.

This solemn event was conducted Nationally, near Memorial Day, to "Remember and Honor" the U.S. Submarines and men that have been Lost at Sea, in service to our Country!

The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps Color Guard marched the colors.
