going to need all the funds we can get for it. * Report of  Submission of Dues : Approx. 30

who have not paid yet, about 15 of those owe $30.00.  Commander, Crombie will send out

an e-mail next week to those who have not paid and say, if you have a temporary financial

problem and are unable to pay, please contact me personally. Then we will look into picking

up their due for them.  This will be between me & Dick Young.  Dick also stated that the

Base always pays Mom Kaye’s dues.  Also if dues are not paid by Dec. 31st,  you will no

longer receive the Submariner Magazine & you will not have access to the National Web

site, till your dues are paid.  It was suggested that we add a fund to our Budget for Finical

Aid.  Also we have till last of March to collect all dues, because April 1st, 2007 those who

have not paid Dues, National will drop them from the roster. Dues should be sent to our

Membership Chairman, Connie Moore, so he may record them.  He will then forward them

on to our Treasurer, Dick Hauck, then Hauck with send National their portion of the dues.

Moore will record all dues payment on National Site.

centrally located place to hold our meetings. * Base Newsletter : Commander, Crombie said

he thought it was a good idea to post the newsletter on the website.  It will certainly help on

the cost.  We only have approx. 10 Members who don’t have access to the Web.  Again those

people would receive it via snail mail.  Patric Leedom said it would be nice to hear from other

members about their sea stories.  Maybe have them posted on the web page for all to read.

* SubVettes :  There has been talk about them handing in their charter.  Nothing definite yet,

Debbie Rich said she will get in touch with them , hopefully we will know something by Feb.

about the 2010 Convention.  She said if  Ted wins the election he owes me.  Commissioners

expressed a desire to have it located between the two stadiums.  There is a problem with

transporting it because of height & weight.  It will take approx. three loads to move it.  Dick

has a letter worked up to send to Commissioners.  Motion to send letter was made by Leedom,

2nd by Hauck.  The Cincy Submarine Foundation has been working on this project for over 11
